How to file a complaint

Submit your complaint in a few steps, attach evidence, and track the progress using your reference code.

Select the sector and operator, describe what happened, and confirm whether you contacted the operator.

2. Upload evidence

Attach supporting documents (PDF/JPG/PNG). Evidence helps staff investigate faster.

3. Submit & receive code

After submission, you will receive a BOCRA tracking code to use for updates and verification.

4. Track your case

Use the tracking page to view status milestones and next steps.
